What is Five Element Acupuncture
Five Element Acupuncture is rooted in the ancient wisdom that nature, like us, moves through cycles of growth, stillness, joy, grief, and renewal. This form of acupuncture listens deeply to where you are in your journey, seeking not just to ease symptoms, but to restore balance at the source.
The Five Elements, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water are found throughout nature and within each of us.
In Five Element Acupuncture, we understand that good health depends on the harmonious flow of these elemental energies. When one or more elements fall out of balance, it can become the root cause of physical or emotional symptoms.
These imbalances might show up as Stress, chronic illness, fatigue, infertility, difficulty recovering from injury, or just not feeling quite right. Treatment aims to restore the natural flow of energy, helping you return to your best possible state of health and wellbeing.
By treating the cause not just the condition it invites your body and spirit to find their natural harmony. Ideal for emotional wellbeing, hormonal health, sports injuries and feeling "off" without a clear cause.
About Treatment
The first appointment lasts approximately 1 -11/2 hours, which involves taking a detailed consultation and acupuncture treatment, fine sterilized needles are gently inserted into the skin at the specific points. Moxa is used in combination to support treatment.
