My Journey to Acupuncture

My journey into acupuncture began in a deeply personal way.

In my early 30s, I developed persistent acne that seemed to come out of nowhere. I turned to acupuncture seeking relief, and the experience changed my life.

Not only did the treatments clear my skin, but it helped me uncover and heal emotional patterns that I hadn’t realized were affecting me.

That deep, transformative experience inspired me to train as a practitioner so I, could offer the same level of care and support to others.

I offer holistic treatments to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

I believe that healing is not just about removing symptoms, but about coming home to yourself and that is the intention behind every treatment I offer.

My approach is compassionate, and rooted in deep listening. I meet each person exactly where they are and tailor treatments to support their unique needs and rhythms. I encourage my patients to reconnect with their own inner guidance because I believe that healing always starts from within.
I work with a wide range of health concerns, whether you're navigating physical discomfort or emotional overwhelm, my goal is to help you feel more balanced, more supported, and more in tune with yourself.

I found her number through the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians.
I was in so much pain I just couldn't walk straight.
By the end of my session with her I was walking straight and the pain had gone. It was such a relief !!.
I've had no negative side effects from any of my treatments.
All I can say is she is my miracle worker and she gives a great service.” Beverley

“Deborah struck me from the beginning as a very experienced acupuncturist and made a difference for me in every session by combining a personable and holistic approach based on the 5 Element principles. I still continue to have regular sessions, as it helps me maintain my balance and keep up with an intense London lifestyle and work-life challenges.”

What is Five Element Acupuncture

Five Element Acupuncture is rooted in the ancient wisdom that nature, like us, moves through cycles of growth, stillness, joy, grief, and renewal. This form of acupuncture listens deeply to where you are in your journey, seeking not just to ease symptoms, but to restore balance at the source.

The Five Elements, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water are found throughout nature and within each of us.

In Five Element Acupuncture, we understand that good health depends on the harmonious flow of these elemental energies. When one or more elements fall out of balance, it can become the root cause of physical or emotional symptoms.

These imbalances might show up as chronic illness, fatigue, difficulty recovering from injury, or just not feeling quite right. Treatment aims to restore the natural flow of energy, helping you return to your best possible state of health and wellbeing.

By treating the cause not just the condition it invites the body and spirit to find their natural harmony. Ideal for emotional wellbeing, chronic stress, hormonal health, and feeling "off" without a clear cause.

About Treatment

Your acupuncture journey begins with a detailed initial consultation, where we’ll take time to explore your symptoms as well as your full medical history. Diagnosis is carried out using traditional methods of pulse taking located on your wrists, the pulse gives me more information on how best to treat you.

This first appointment lasts approximately 1- 1 1/2 hours. Follow-up sessions generally last 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Each treatment is completely individual and tailored to you. I focus not just on easing symptoms, but on identifying and addressing the root cause of your condition supporting your body, mind and spirit as a whole.
